I was referred to Dr. Brass for cataract surgery, and after an initial examination, I scheduled both eye surgeries a few months out, based on my schedule. I can only give a "5 Star" rating, but wish I could give 10 stars! I have been a patient of this practice for a decade. Originally I was fairly pleased. I was first a patient of Dr. Brass. But after he repeatedly tried to pressure me to have elective eye surgery that I did not believe that I needed, he refused to see me anymore, and switched me over to Dr. Roth. I have routinely purchased several pairs of pairs of eye glasses from this practice, which are always very expensive, at a cost of well over $1000 every time. Yesterday, I spoke with both a receptionist and Sara regarding my recent office visit and requested a letter for my employer explaining why I was unable to remain at work and complete my job duties following my appointment. After my visit with Dr. Ritz, I was left with significantly impaired vision.
