I’ve been to brass eye before I had a great experience with the optometrist and also Dr. Ritz I know this firm has a good reputation, but I certainly didn’t know that I was gonna be confronted with a rude person who’s name is Erin when I called the next day to tell them I had really bad eye pain because I had an eye exam 36 hours prior when I was there all she wanted to do was rush me off the phone and tell me that I had very dry eye when actually, I only have mild dry eye and all I do know is I never want to speak to this p... read more

Very professional, courteous, and patient.
I visited the optical shop at Brass Eye Center to get eyeglasses and Suzy was very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful in helping me to order the eyeglasses and choose frames. This was a fun experience.
