UPDATE – AUGUST 2026 Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I’m changing my original five-star rating below. I want to be fair: my original review was sincere, and I’ve had very positive experiences with Brass Eye Center. The clinical portion of my recent visit was also wonderful. My disappointment was with how the end of the visit was handled and how the situation was ultimately resolved. I had an appointment close to 3 pm that ran longer than expected. I’ve been to brass eye before I had a great experience with the optometrist and also Dr. Ritz I know this firm has a good reputation, but I certainly didn’t know that I was gonna be confronted with a rude person who’s name is Erin when I called the next day to tell them I had really bad eye pain because I had an eye exam 36 hours prior when I was there all she wanted to do was rush me off the phone and tell me that I had very dry eye when actually, I only have mild dry eye and all I do know is I never want to speak to this p... read more
