He is a very immature person who has the attitude that everything is really all about him. I wouldn't trust him to treat a hamster.
We felt like Dr. Brandt did not take time with us nor did he seem as though he cared. On top of that we received an incorrect diagnosis and would conclude from our 2 interactions with him that he was very rude and short.
