The people in their office are seriously incompetent. Impossible to get straight answers about insurance or scheduling and wasted so much time on hold (nearly an hour every time I called). When requested the order to go to a different practice to get the procedure done, they refused to give us one. Now we are starting over. Don't waste your time. This place is run like a factory.
I have previously been to WCGI and was not happy with either provider or the practice itself. I saw another GI practice who saw me as only a biopsy result and nothing more. I needed a second opinion and planned on going to Jeff/Penn but was met with appointment date beginning in October and beyond. Dr. Wolfson did my colonoscopy and it was my first experience with him as a doctor. The doctor I normally went to was not available and recommended another doctor in the practice which was Dr. Wolfson. Dr. Wolfson was professional, super nice, made me feel at ease and after the procedure explained the results to me. I highly recommend him and it was nice to feel at ease having this procedure done. Thank you Dr. Wolfson!
My experience is that this is a terrible doctor. He was incredibly dismissive of me and my health concerns. He interrupted me so frequently, that I couldn't even get all of my symptoms out and then he would ask me repeat questions. He did not look at me, listen to me, or take me seriously. He told me my age 3 times (like don't know), told me I'm overweight, and said "this is a big problem in America." He basically called me a typical, fat, old American instead of listening to me. I met Dr. Fink many years ago while doing his specialty at NYP.Since that day I knew he was going to be a great doctor. Very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad I’m able to write a review . Thank you all you did. Made me comfortable in dealing with my illness .
Was in his office discussing my diagnose and I asked him to explain it in plain english. He gave me a sigh and was inpatient with me. I walked out.
After the procedure Dr. Bailey was very thorough with the explanation of the results. I recommend Dr. Bailey and the staff. Top shelf Healthcare providers.
