⭐️(1/5) — Excellent physician. Deeply dysfunctional clinic. Let me be clear up front: Dr. Berry himself is excellent. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about patient outcomes. Unfortunately, the quality of care stops with him. The support staff and clinic administration are shockingly poor and among the worst I have encountered in any medical setting. Dr Berry did a great job on my knee. He showed me pictures of before surgery and after. What a difference. As for someone saying they had met their deductible but was still quoted $4000. I wonder if that was the amount before insurance. I noticed that my amount submitted to the insurance for devices and such needed for my recovery was $3995. My portion was only $274.56.

I would not recommend. I have been in extreme pain and have called this office three times for help with no assistance. I will not be back. I thought the PA was nice and helpful but was prescribed steroid pills that did nothing. I was told to call back if the pain didn't get better and no one bothered to call me back. I will not be back.
