My former (deceased) psychiatrist was of the old school: He listened and took handwritten notes. Reverse that for Dr. Benjamin. If eye contact is a basic sign of rapport, it was missing. If you are interested in a Dr. who answers the phone and types during your appointment, he's your guy!! If you want half of your appointment time taken up by phone calls, this is the place for you!! The lack of respect he gives you is alarming. I would never recommend Dr. Benjamin to anybody!! Thankfully, he's retiring.
