Both of my knees had deteriorated badly from arthritis. I was referred to Dr. Bayless for total knee replacement. Scheduling an appointment at Precision Orthopedics in Irving was easy. Had surgery on Right knee total knee replacement and going on 2 months im doing very poor. I wish I never had this done and doctor not helping. The pain is so intense I’m not getting the medication I need.
After 8 injections Dr. Bayless was the first doctor to listen to me. He found my problem was bone on bone hip. Now 2 weeks after surgery I can’t believe how much better I feel. I am so thankful. He and his staff take time listen and it shows that they care. Someone complained about a long wait but he is worth it. There is a reason he is so busy!!!
Very good experience. Drained my elbow, cortizone shot, and I have had no issues since. Even charged less than my GP who had done this before.

I’ve had the opportunity to see Dr. Bayless in different lights, as an employee at Baylor Irving when he was an officer of the Medical Staff, as one of his patients along with my son and husband. And to see him as a parent at the River Bottoms, not only is he compassionate, a great physician, but more than that he’s a good man who loves his family.
I don't think he spent even 15 minutes with me. He did answer what questions I could hurry up and ask. He is very personable. You can always ask his PA but he isn't your doctor, is he? I'd give 5 stars if he would spend more time. The way he holds your leg (knee problems) you can tell he seems to be able to look inside by feeling your knees. So far I am satisfied with him and he doesn't seem to rush you into surgery. He is trying other ways to treat the pain.
