What a wonderful Doctor! When all the other prominent concussion Doctor's just wanted to load me up on opioids and do PT that never helped Doctor Bates worked with me to help me not resolve but better tolerate and control my ongoing Chronic Post Concussion Syndrome. If you have CPCS you know what I'm talking about. I was in a horrible place but with Doctor Bates interventions I am in a much better place now. Wonderful Doctor !!!! Not only is he an expert at what he does , he genuinely cares for his patients in all aspects of health And a very understanding Man ! Definitely recommend him ! -Yesenia Munoz
8 months post concussion and only being able to look at a computer screen for a few hours before I had to stop do to eye fatigue. Dr. Bates has given me the ability to work again and get my life back. I am still being treated, but can't believe how much he has help me in a short amount of time. He is a true healer.
Called this Dr and asked him if he could see me, sounded like he just didn't care. Told me he is busy and good bye. Wow!!! Good luck Dr. Bates, very poor customer service.
