Minimal wait, clean, friendly office.
I went to Dr. Bailey after being pointed to the Hillcrest GI practice when looking for a new GI doctor. (My old doctor was polite but dismissive; I needed someone who would do more than just tell me to take more ineffective meds) Dr. Bailey was friendly and kind and made me feel at ease, which isn't easy when talking about GI problems. Samples galore, too! He was flexible with scheduling and left it open for me to adjust according to my results. He's also handsome- a nice bonus!
Dr. Bailey did not even open my chart, nor did he bother to explain my AST and ALT results. He basically told me I was obese and needed to lose weight. On top of that he proceeded to tell me how some people are just ugly, which was completely rude and disrespectful. This physician is seriously lacking in bedside manners, and does not know how to conduct himself in front of patients.
