There is no timely follow through on actions that are suggested. I get meaningless messages on my chart. When I call office, and finally get someone to answer they tell me to call central scheduling? Who is that? System is broken IMHO. Plus wait times to see specialist. 9 months
Dr. Harrington is amazing. He spends time listening and explains, and acts like you are the most important person to him at that moment. Really seems to care.

Blood draw detected high A1C for 2nd time in a year. Dr ordered Metformin and glucose test kit. Referred to Bull Family Diabetes and diabetes classes. Excellent plan of action.
