I have been seeing Dr Guinan for quite a few years now and always happy with how him and his staff take a great care of me
Dr. Guinan is very personable, knowledgeable and will makes sure you understand what is going on and goes over any concernes you might have.The nurses and staff are great and I always feel at ease. I have been seeing him for years and would highly recommend him and his staff.
Everyone in the office was very professional. No complaints.

Dr. Guinan has been my GI Doctor for more than 10 years. I have been please with his service and yes I would recommend him to a family and friend.
It's obvious on the first visit that Dr Guinan's best days are behind him. He likes to think that he cares about his patients but you will soon see that you are simply an insurance claim number. He can't even listen to your symptoms without interrupting you to ask about scheduling a colonoscopy which is his number one objective. Not everyone is there to have a colonoscopy but you wont be able to tell that by talking with him. It's the only thing he wants to do.
Scheduling was not the best, but okay. This office is VERY busy, and as with so many other medical officers/providers, patient care (lack thereof) suffers. Be prepared to wait. IMHO, Dr. Guinan denied I had Diverticulitis, although tests revealed some diverticuli was present in my colon, this provider advised me that was normal and suggested OTC supplements such as Align, etc., very costly. I ended up in the ER with a full-blown episode of raging Diverticulitis. CANNOT & WILL NOT recommend.
