Dr Friedman, extremely talented and compassionate dentist.I recommend his office.
This is one of the most unprofessional office I have dealt with in my life. I have left numerous message for the authorization department / manager of the office and she never returned my call for months. After reaching out to my carrier myself I was able to get an authorization. Then I was told by the manager/authorization department that they no longer take my insurance as of 3 weeks ago, when I was told 3 weeks ago that they were working on getting a authorization. I love this dentist office. I have had problems with my teeth since I can remember, and by far this is the only place I go to and not have to worry about them messing up my teeth. I have been going here for about 6 or 7 years and I dont see myself every changing my dentist. No matter where I move I will always travel back to queens for my dentist. Good dentist are hard to find.
