Runs patients through like a heard of cattle. To advantage of the financial situation. Spent two years with him with no positive results. When we informed him that we were leaving the practice he offered another treatment at half price. Went to another center and was pregnant in three months.
The whole experience at the Fertility Center was great. They were all kind and sensitive to our needs. We saw Dr. Filer a lot, as well as Michelle. I got pregnant on the first try with IVF and a donor egg at 46! What more can I say?
Inaccurate diagnosis. Perfomed very few test. The operating room was not what I would expect with a craftsmen tool box used to store medical tools. Pushed IVF with the use of donor eggs. When asked a question their was never an answer given. We spent alot of money and a year of time with him and left with no more answers and no further ahead then when we started. Dr Filer was great on the few occasions we actually saw him. It seemed the nurse practioner was in charge of our file and not him. While Dr Filer was always pleasant Micelle Munch was not. She never provided solid answers to our questions. Very few tests were done to diagnos us, rather we just went right to a standard protocal. We are now working with a new doctor.
Doctor Filer was very knowledgeable and caring. His Nurse Practitioner was helpful and excellent in all my interactions. The entire staff was wonderfulto work with.
Dr. Filer and his staff were fantastic and helpful. They really were pulling for us to get pregnant and were very sensitive. We were so relaxed and at ease, and we got pregnant the 2nd month with him- great success rate!
I saw him just to get some questions answered and he was absolutely fabulous. He had a great sense of humor and great bedside manner. Also made sure that I was comfortable with the information and gave answers to questions that no one else seemed to be able to answer. He was by far the best doctor I've ever been to...
I saw him for PCOS for some time until I went through menopause. He took the time to make sure I understood and he listened to me. He's great.
