They have been emailing me with another person’s medical details and appointment history for years. I have repeatedly notified them that they have the wrong email on file, even going so far as to telephone them from from London. They need more than one person to answer the phone.. every time I try to get ahold of somebody. No one answers the phone...so eventually I have to make a special trip up there just to talk to the receptionist ... ...
I have had nothing but wonderful care from Dr Wellic and his staff.
This Dr is very sharp He knows what I need before I know it .My husband has Alzheimer's and Dr. Welik works with me thru this... Prescriptions same day...
HAVE TO CALL MEDS INTO OFFICE DIRECTLY EVEN IF BEEN ON SAME ONES OVER 5 YEARS. THEN THE OFFICE CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT MEDICATIONS YOU'RE OUT OF EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON SCREEN RIGHTS IN FROMT OF THEM. MOST OF THE TIME I GO FOR A WEEK OR MORE WITHOUT MEDICATION YOU CAN'T APPRUBUTLY STOP.
