Dr. Wallock took care of an extraction and prepping for an implant placement. He was excellent. He was efficient and made sure I was not uncomfortable during the procedure. He took time to personally check in later the same day on how I was doing. His staff was great as well. The assistants made sure I was well informed of the post care needed and were supportive during the procedure. I would not hesitate to see him again...but hope I don't need to!
Dr Wallock and his staff were excellent! They answered all our questions and addressed concerns before the procedure. Post operative healing went very well and we couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We recommend them very highly.
The whole staff was great! I called on a Tuesday and had all the work I needed done the next day. I was well taken care of.
I have referred my family for multiple extractions - every time Dr. Wallock spends time to make them comfortable and at ease. Dr. Wallock has personally called every time to follow up with the patient to see how they are several hours to the next day! One of the best oral surgeons I am aware of! As a hygienist, I know ;)
Terrible bedside manner. Has 3+ patients going on at once. Because he had so many patients at once and the wait in the room was so long, the numbing medication wore off. There is a lot of yelling and screaming so it is a disturbing place to be. If you hate someone, send them here. I wish I could give zero stars.
I had a tooth pulled and the dentist didn't care that I was still feeling the pain. He pulled the tooth while I was in extreme pain.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and would definitely NOT recommend Robert Wallock to my worst enemy!
