Dr. Nelson was so nice. I told him I was so scared and he told me not to be. Talk about so many different things to keep my mind off of what was going on. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is very rude and won't return phone calls. They don't follow up with patients. Somehow it's always someone else's fault if the office cant get it right. I really think this is just a hobby for the doctor. I can't see any other reason for putting up with his staff. It seems like everything is always a referral and they can't get a referral right. I had a filling done and it was the worst pain I have ever experienced. After it was done (after nitrous gas) I was asked if I could close my mouth…. I said I think. I left there in extreme pain. After the pain subsided and the gas wore off( Nelson says I’m MENTAL as he tapped his finger on my forehead multiple time) I noticed the filling was too high and my sharp pain in my tooth now. 3 days I called no answer left a VM no return call. Robert Nelson is too frail to continue dentistry..He doesn't do ALL ON his website he states....All he does is cleanings, filling cavities with METAL. HE IS NOT UP DO DATE ON NEWEST PROCEDURES. He lives above his Office after a nasty divorce years ago, has inexperienced young girls run his office. Ohio Dental Board needs to review this man.
