I had prolotherapy twice for my bone-on-bone shoulder osteoarthritis pain with minimal (3-4 weeks) relief. Even though I am unhappy that my insurance does not cover it, I went ahead and had platelet rich therapy with very good results. It is by no means perfect, but I had enough pain relief for for the last five months that I can sleep at night, and have decent range of motion. In today's society, it is extremely hard to find a doctor who isn't rushed. Those doctors did exist when I was growing up. I found one in Dr. Krasnick. I have been treated many times over the years by Dr. Krasnick and I can attest to his advanced knowledge, his professionalism and his extreme ability to care about his patient. I cannot say enough about this PRP method of treatment for my meniscus issue in my right knee. The results speak for themselves, which have been outstanding! I have my mobility back and confidence that it will continue to improve. I again, cannot say enough about Dr. Kransick and his staff!! My history with sacroiliac instability and the use of prolo to solve it is very positive, so when I developed hip joint and groin pain, I wanted to explore prolotherapy before any more invasive efforts. Since Dr. Krasnick uses ultrasound to study the joint, I was confident in his approach. After 10 mos of pain before seeing him, that was only moderately improved by diligent strengthening, it took just 2 prolo treatments about 5 weeks apart to return me to my normal athletic activities. I have had a great experience and great results with the methods Dr. Krasnick has used on multiple muscle and tendon issues. He has used prolo therapy and trigger point therapy shots on me and it has actually healed my elbows and the arch of my foot. He uses an ultrasound machine to guide him to the necessary areas which with accuracy of the injured or inflamed areas. The office help are polite, efficient and caring. I have never experienced a long wait time.

I have been quite impressed with Dr. Krasnick and his staff. He takes the time and energy to completely understand my symptoms, he explains things very well, and seems to really care about my sell-being. They were able to help me recover from a debilitating neck injury which had left me unable to work. After trying so many doctors and practices, it was great to find a doctor who could help me get my life back.
