Dr. Hodgson is a very caring Dr. I have been going to him for 10 years and he always takes time to talk to me about my concerns. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest Dr.
I WAS a 20+ year patient of Dr Hodgson, until today. Today is the second time his office staff has made an appointment for me only to say that they don't have a record of it when I show up. I called yesterday with concerns about my elevated BP and the fact that I need to renew my prescriptions before they can refill them. I have been going to Dr. Hadgson for 20 years. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.
He's not a good listener. He frequently dismisses my concerns about things I'd like to get checked out, like a thorough thyroid panel. He's mis-coded my annual preventative exam 2 years in a row, even though he & his staff were reminded several times that it had to be coded correctly in order for my insurance to cover it. After 20 years with this doctor, it's time for me to move on & find someone with better listening skills.
Looking for a good old time caring doctor with state of the art current medical knowledge? Look no longer Robert Hodgson is the doctor I would recommend to any person in need of medical attention. I have used his services for many years now and he has controlled my type II diabetes and high blood pressure with excellent results.
My children see Dr Hodgson. I see his PA in the clinic, Bob Jackson. They both have excellent bedside manners, joking with patients and getting to know them on a personal level instead of just like a patient and chart number. I'm glad we found this practice when we moved to the area and found Bob. He recently discovered that I was getting as sick as I was because my immune system had been damaged by chemo. Thanks to him it's being repaired but who knows how long if he hadn't made the suggestion.
I've been going to see Dr. Hodgeson since I was three years old, and now he sees my children! He is caring and knowledgeable in medicine. I've never been the biggest fan of the office staff or of the difficulty in getting appointments timely, but as for Dr. Hodgeson himself I have only wonderful things to say. He's good enough that I've continued to see him for 30 years despite having more convenient medical providers in my proximity.
My family has been seeing Dr. HODGSON for more than 20 years. We would never consider anyone else. Compassionate and no-nonsense
