Our daughter has been a patient of Dr.Grimes since she was an infant through 13. He was always thorough, listened and addressed all of our concerns. He has a great sense of humor and knows how to keep the child at ease while doing what is needed for that particular visit. We sure miss you here in KC!!! Plattsburg is sure lucky to have him! Thank you for caring for my precious human through the years, sir!
My kids had Dr.Grimes from birth to 18 and 19 years old . I miss seeing him but pray everyone loves him like we do !
I called at 4:30 when then close at 5:00 and they were able to get my daughter in for an ear infection. So thankful to have them right here in town and willing to fit us in last minute AND at closing time. The staff and Dr Grimes was so nice and funny.
We love our NP and the mini pharmacy. There are a handful of front desk staff who are kind and available. However, the care my children have received apart from their NP has been deeply rooted in racial biases. From poor communication, under evaluated, the abuse of our time without any compassion, concern, or solutions. Not sure how much more we can take. Really wish we could pack up our NP and go to a more thorough and attentive environment.
