Dr. Bertram is serving my needs in an excellent, professional manner. I would highly recommend him. The clinic is also very good.

Came in with after passing one kidney stone. Bertram decided my kidney pain was muscle pain and sent me home. Went back in the next day with worse pain and asked to see a different doctor. Bertram met me at the door and said he would see me when I did not want to see him. I had to fight to get an ultra sound on my kidney and when they finally did it, they saw that my kidney was swollen and there was a blockage. If I didn't advocate for myself and waited like Bertram wanted me to, I could have lost my kidney.
Was not helped with my condition, left with pain from further examination that I didn't agree too
