He is rude and condescending. He accuses patients of trying to swindle him of paying for an office visit if you call after hours or ask if he has time to look in you obviously extremely sick child's throat during their siblings check up (even if you offer to pay oop). He doesn't look at you when he talks, instead he looks at you out of the corner of his eye. He is insensitive and has zero bedside manner. He's a pathetic excuse for a doctor.
