I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for awhile now and I’m very happy with him. However, the front desk is another story. I’ve complained to higher ups but it’s gone in one ear and out the other. If you like rude and miserable people in the front to the office, then this place is for you.
Dr. Allen is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.
Five stars are for the DOCTORS! Every one of them are awesome! (and I've been here a lot!) The staff is another story entirely. There are a couple of excellent girls in the back; but the front desk is worse than the DMV....replete with miserable attitudes and sour faces. Don't expect sympathy or an overwhelming desire to help you in the least. I've mentioned it to a couple of the Drs. in the past and I GOT THE DISTINCT FEELING that they are afraid of them also!
Dr. Allen is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He has an excellent bedside manner and makes you feel at ease.
Dr. Allen is always pleasant and friendly. He is very thorough and listens well. I would highly recommend him.
Very Professional I went to Dr. Allen for what I thought was a very strange problem and he was so professional. He made me feel like what I was there for was no big deal. Will go back to him anytime I ever have a problem.
