Had to get 2 teeth pulled he was very nice to me because I have always been nervous about going to the dentist.
Took my child at beginning of June and was told they need insurance approval. It is now September so I took it upon myself to call insurance since NO ONE in the office ever called me back after numerous attempts every month to check on the status. Found out they never even submitted a claim in the first place. Dentist is super nice but no one in this office knows what they’re doing and rightfully doesn’t care at all.
