They treated my sister and my nephew who has had several operations on his mouth terribly. They were rude, inconsiderate, and ask them to leave because my nephew flinched that was it. He flinched. He’s 13 years old and they were the rude of staff ever to a young boy.
Dr. Richardson and her staff was amazing. My daughter went in for a root canal and they made sure she was comfortable. The doctor explained everything she was doing. I would recommend Dr. Richardson and her staff to everyone.
I took my son here to get a root canal. Everyone was nice and friendly. Didn't have any rudeness or discomfort from anyone when I went like the comments say. I went to a different office, and they mentioned that whoever did his root canal that it was done wonderful. For another dentist to compliment the work, well, that said it all. This office does an amazing job when it comes to a root canal.
The front office staff was kind and accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times, and each time she was pleasant and helpful. During my daughter’s consultation, Dr. Richardson was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure. My daughter usually experiences a lot of anxiety with dental work and typically requires heavy sedation for fillings.
