The doctor is nice but the assistant who handles phone calls and scheduling should be replaced. I feel like a burden whenever speaking to her. The wait time is usually long.
I changed PCP to try a new doctor closer to my house. Appointment was at 11:00am and it's currently 12:20pm and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to wait and 1hr 45mins on your visit. Why make reservations if you can't keep it within a 30minute window? Horrible experience do not come here and I regret changing my PCP to here. Pretty ridiculous.
I'm happy with the Dr.office and care for her, I just continued patient from other Dr. Because of the medical is changes. My visit just to make sure I have some one to know if I'm ok, in health routine check up Thank's God She take me to the right direction . Your service is appreciated.
