My appointment was at 12:30. I didn’t get seen until 2:30. I don’t know why it even took this long for a less than 20 minute visit.
She is a good doctor but a long wait can give you anxiety.
The doctor is nice but the assistant who handles phone calls and scheduling should be replaced. I feel like a burden whenever speaking to her. The wait time is usually long.
I changed PCP to try a new doctor closer to my house. Appointment was at 11:00am and it's currently 12:20pm and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to wait and 1hr 45mins on your visit. Why make reservations if you can't keep it within a 30minute window? Horrible experience do not come here and I regret changing my PCP to here. Pretty ridiculous.
