Dr.Safdar is my favorite doctor, because he gets right to the point. Highly recommended.
Called Dr. Sadar's office and spoke with Carla, requested for medical records, and she said if we came in the office we could sign a form and receive the medical records.Upon arrival at the office, we filled out the forms for our records, and then was informed by another woman, who said very rudely we couldn't have our medical records, even though we were told we could pick them up. I had a great experience with Dr. Safdar who was highly recommended by my health provider friends.
This is the worst medical experience I've ever encountered in my 50+ years of being on the Earth. The people at this office keep giving me conflicting information. The issues range from losing my paperwork to telling me I was going to be mailed a test and then a week later telling me to pick up the test. Avoid this doctor completely, go to Mexico if you have to.
Staff is awful, unresponsive. Never return repeated calls. I had to drive to the office to make a followup appointment after being released from the hospital. I left message with the office for at least 7 days. Poorly written instructions for an ultrasound that resulted in a wasted trip and it took over a week to rectify .
