Fleeting exam w/ seeming a semi adept means of handling matters
Worst business (mind you i am not saying doctor, as doctor is non existent)... the whole Queens operations is manned by Physican assistant, doctor never comes there... they have now moved location to Wexford terrace to make a fresh start... we went there to give them a final chance... they did not even know we were repeat patients and no one was there except the receptionist... we cancelled then and there as they continued to be the scam artists as they were before... Stay away and save yourself some trouble
I had an appointment there on Sunday. When I got there to see to doctor, the receptionist said she called and left a message to cancel, she didn’t, l left frustrated because I did not receive a call. I called the office manager that day and she made up a bunch of lies to cover up that fact that they never called me or left a message. It’s shady and sad. No respect for people’s time.
Left several msges, never called back. No reply to confirm a follow up appointment. As of date no reply but copays are required before visits. How am I suppose to get my issue resolved? Very frustrating.
