I visited Dr. Ritu after receiving a recommendation. During my first consultation, she was friendly and professional, which gave me confidence to begin treatment. However, once the treatment started, my experience was disappointing. During my first treatment session, Dr. Ritu did not come to check on my progress or see how the treatment was being carried out. I can’t recommend Dr Ritu Gupta enough. Since starting treatment with her a short time ago, she has completely changed the way I manage my skin conditions. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients are outstanding, and for the first time in a long time I feel confident that my skin is under control. My recent visit to see Dr Gupta was a complete waste of my time. A 45 minute wait followed by the hollow - "Oh sorry to keep you waiting but I had to do a skin biopsy " Really!!!!! Go figure , having to do a skin biopsy in a skin clinic. Now, I could have let this pass but for the following. My comprehensive skin examination took less than a couple of minutes. The cost $355. The word that comes to mind is Hubris. I certainly won't be back.
You deleted my review... 1 star cos it is a beauty clinic not a dermatology... 1 appointment was just to know their beauty treatments, no prescriptions, no blood test, nothing, AVOID this place and go to a proper dermatologist which it will evaluate you properly.
