I recently visited Dr. Ritu Gupta’s office with high expectations, as she came recommended. My appointment was scheduled for 12 pm; Dr. Gupta arrived at 12:40 pm. While I understand that a busy clinic can result in delays, some prior notice or explanation would have been appreciated. Once I was seen, Dr. Gupta provided a brief diagnosis and prescribed Epiduo gel for my acne, despite the fact that I had already been using it for a year (as prescribed by my doctor) with no improvement and ongoing skin irritation. When I found out I needed a skin biopsy, I was nervous but before I knew it, it was done! Ritu was so quick and smooth that I couldn't feel anything. She took every step to ensure I was comfortable throughout. She followed up with results promptly, walking me through what they meant and what the next steps were. Thank you Dr Gupta.
I came to Dr. Ritu Gupta feeling frustrated and self-conscious about my rosacea. I'd tried countless creams and over the counter products with little success. Dr. Gupta took the time to understand my concerns, created a tailored medical treatment plan, and introduced me to vascular laser therapy and what a game changer! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, listens attentively, and has a wide variety of treatment options to suit your schedule or costs etc. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
