I can’t recommend Dr Ritu Gupta enough. Since starting treatment with her a short time ago, she has completely changed the way I manage my skin conditions. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients are outstanding, and for the first time in a long time I feel confident that my skin is under control. My recent visit to see Dr Gupta was a complete waste of my time. A 45 minute wait followed by the hollow - "Oh sorry to keep you waiting but I had to do a skin biopsy " Really!!!!! Go figure , having to do a skin biopsy in a skin clinic. Now, I could have let this pass but for the following. My comprehensive skin examination took less than a couple of minutes. The cost $355. The word that comes to mind is Hubris. I certainly won't be back.
You deleted my review... 1 star cos it is a beauty clinic not a dermatology... 1 appointment was just to know their beauty treatments, no prescriptions, no blood test, nothing, AVOID this place and go to a proper dermatologist which it will evaluate you properly.
