Went to the Windy Hill office for a routine colonoscopy. Everyone was pleasant. They were running 30 minutes behind but let me know on arrival about the delay. All the staff was professional and very friendly.
Refuses to answer questions
Had a colonoscopy and he was so good at comforting me and reassuring everything would be ok, and it was.

I would not recommend this practice for colonoscopy screenings. I had a procedure scheduled and phoned the office numerous times to ask them to phone in the prep prescription. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls. When I finally reached his surgery scheduler, Victoria, she became defensive and told me that she did not have any calls from me. I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for over 2 years. He is always very patient, kind and knowledgeable and I never feel rushed during my office visits. He answers all of my questions patiently and thoroughly and truly calms any concerns I may have with my treatments and testing. He follows through with repeat testing when necessary and I highly recommend Dr.Shah.
Outstanding!!!!! Dr. Shah is very patient, thorough and dedicated to his patients. His medical assistant is very attentive.
Dr. Shah listens well and takes the time to answer any questions. He also has a great bed-side manner and puts his patients at ease prior to procedures. I highly recommend his services and care.
