I have been a patient for almost 25 years. I have several points of comparison and have read all of these published reviews. A doctor is not wholly responsible for what insurances a practice accepts. They are not responsible for scheduling. I have found Dr Scheufler as accommodating as possible and have seen him defend patients rights and expectations directly with underperformance.As for him being direct, check that box. She took plenty of time listening to my individual needs and gave me plenty of time. She was proactive, but not pushy. Warm, friendly, professional. Love love love her.
She is antagonistic. She is offended by everything. She is the worst type of abuser because she thinks if she does it in a monotone voice that her behavior is acceptable. She also loves to play victim. She lives in a state of denial. If you have a chronic illness, go elsewhere. She only treats things like high blood pressure. She is unwilling to step out of her comfort zone. She is cold and cruel. She lacks empathy and compassion. Came for a diagnosis! Stayed for the gaslighting!
Visited the doctor with a sinus infection and ear infection on a Tuesday at 2:50. Office was crazy as usual and the doctor was running late, which is normal for him. I only took at appointment with him because I was desperate. He gave me prescription, I went to the pharmacy later and they said we do not have anything. She is so down to earth, so giving with her time and explains to u exactly what’s going on . She is just the best. Lucky I have her.
Dr. Stokes is absolutely the most caring doctor I've ever had. He taythe time to listen and explain everything, and really answer questions so you can understand. He is caring, kind and gentle, THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! I love him!!!

At my annual Wellness visit, the Staff was friendly. and efficient. I was seen by Dr Keith within 10 minutes of my appointment time. She was attentive to my medical concerns and provided useful advice and followup recommendations.
