I had severe pelvic pain. She said it was all in my head. I felt she was mean and condescending. I found another provider who suspected endometriosis. Had surgery 6 months later where they found Stage 4 infiltrating endometriosis on every organ, fusing them together. Even my diaphragm. This person was not a good doctor to me.
Dr. Melkonian is a caring, wonderful, and thorough caregiver. She knows her stuff and actually cares about women which is hard to find these days. I feel so lucky that she is my doctor and would recommend her whole heartedly.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Melkonian. She had little to no bedside manner and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the visit. I did not feel listened to or cared for. I would not recommend her based on my experience.
She was very helpful and immediately started a treatment plan.
