This was the worst Doctor experience I have ever had. First the office is very dirty and outdated. Everything was done on paper. I was questioning staying just on the clutter/dirt factor but decided to at least meet her since I was there. The Doctor did not agree with the menopause treatment I am currently receiving. I kept asking her how she would treat it and she wouldn’t answer. Dr. Rita Melkonian is AMAZING. I am so grateful to have found her. She is a thorough doctor, the first doctor in years who spent more than 5 minutes talking to me. She had such incredible wisdom and came up with a great game plan for my health. Almost worried to share this review for fear she will get booked out ;)
I like Dr. Melkonian as a GYN, she takes the appropriate time for all visits. I downgraded to 4 stars since her office isn't responsive to calls of late and I'm unsure the reason for said since their voicemail states calls will be returned within 24 hours. Frustrating when it relates to lab charges and incorrect coding which originates from her office.
