The title pretty much says it all.Dr.Schuman has retired 2-3 years ago.
I love Dr. Schuman and her office staff!! If I could give her 10 stars here I would. I have been a patient for a couple of years and she always takes the time to listen to how your health has been since the last visit and if you are having any different issues. She takes the time to explain her thoughts and recommendations. She is one of the best doctors overall I have ever seen, and I so totally trust her professional opinion.
The visit was for a 3 year old little boy. I met with Dr. Schuman and her assistants in a consult explaining the nature of the visit. The next time we met was for tubes to be placed in his ears then a surgical follow up appointment after that. Dr. Schuman is a very kind, gentle and knowledgeable physician with a wonderful bedside manner. She also seems compassionate about her ability to help patients. Dr Schuman was very thorough, she truly took the time to ask questions and explain everything she was discussing with me. This was the best ENT experience I have ever had.
She was very kind and reassuring to me that what I was experiencing was not uncommon and that it wasn’t all in my head, well it was in my head but mostly throat. I was happy to hear that I wasn’t crazy and that she actually listened to me. She took her time and didn’t rush me. She explained everything she was doing and her plan of care in depth. She was very thorough.
Dr. Schuman was awesome. I was impressed with her knowledge and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My 16-30 minute wait was due to my running late between work and my appt. Not hers or the office staffs fault. Made me very comfortable !!!
She’s always willing to listen and never rushed to leave the room. We enjoy every visit we have had! Would recommend to anyone!
Very prompt and courteous service in making appointment and in the appointment itself. Very thorough visit. Both Dr. Schuman and staff very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend to everyone.
Dr. Schuman really cares about her patients. She took her time with me and did not give me the feeling that she was hurrying along to get to her next appointment. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
