Dr Pradhan is absolutely great! I've been seeing her for a few years now for a thyroid mass. She's always been easy to talk to, very professional & listens well. She has my 5 star support and thanks!
Worse endocrinologist ive ever met. She doesnt care about her patients. I do not recommend her at all. She doesnt like her job.
Terrible office help they keep postponing appts
I'm not a patient of her, but I was looking for one. I spoke with a call center rep at the beginning, the lady over there was nice and very polite. I asked her to schedule an appointment since I have a PPO plan, she mentioned that only the medical assistant of Dr. Pradhan could schedule those appointments. I was transfered to someone named Latrice, she was so rude at the phone, her voice sounds like she hates to be over there. Not a patient here but I'm giving a one star only for whoever was receiving calls. The receptionist or whoever. He was very rude. I'm perturbed that he's taking calls for that office. In 5 seconds, wasn't even done with my questions, he quickly answers with a no, and was already saying goodbye. That quick, no follow-ups, nothing. Like get him out of that desk.
