Update: Dr. Chuang called me to apologize for my experience. Although it doesn’t change anything on either side, I did appreciate the effort. I do hope that none of her staff bear the brunt of my review! If you’re an adult, cash patient, do not waste your time. Some doctors want to help, some are more interested in their profit margin. Dr. Rita at Breeze Orthodontics is the most educated, knowledgeable, patient orthodontist. As a patient, she spends time getting to know you and your concerns. At the end of the process, she asks if there’s anything in your smile you’d like better. She explains the process and takes all the time to truly get you to understand the procedure.
