This provider is always kind, professional and understanding.
Not at all happy about my visit. I did not see Dr. Bhatnagar despite scheduling two days later to get in to see him and not see the PA. I was seen by the PA and no explanation was given. The PA did not come back to tell me what was wrong with my hand after reviewing the X-ray from ER. The nurse had difficulty with the brace and I had questions that she could not answer. The PA returned to help with the brace but did not show me X-rays or fully explain the injury and care. They prescribed physical therapy and the therapist sa... read more
5 stars all the way across the board. Parking lot and sidewalk was cleared of ice and snow. The waiting area was full but clean. The desk receptionist were very polite and helpful. The nurse took me to a clean room to wait for my Dr. Had ro have xrays done and again the xray tech was very professional and gentle. Dr. Bhatnagar was professional and an excellent bedside manner.
Personable and listens. Love his personality.
