Dr. Dhillon is single-handedly the worst physician I have ever seen. She is one of the physicians who is only in it for the paycheque, she does not care about her patients. She refused to even acknowledge the needs I came in for, and was dismissive of every issue. So, like anyone trying to deal with medical issues, I sought care elsewhere (walk-in’s). I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. If you have an appointment be prepared to wait, was an hour and 15 mins after my appointment that i was finally seen for 3 minutes. I almost walked out. She was so dismissive and rude, I only met her once and look forward to never seeing that horrible person again. I was sent the letter in the attached picture and called the office. I had a great experience with Dr. Dhillon. She was very kind, helpful, and took the time to give me her honest opinion and advice, which I truly appreciated. It was clear that she had my best interests in mind. She’s also having her team follow up with me, which shows a great level of care and attention. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the appointment.
She truly does not care about human beings. I can't believe that she is still allowed to practice. She has a cold heart and has zero desire to listen to your concerns and help you navigate through your medical issues. I ended up seeing a walk-in doctor for my concerns and got much better treatment. As a result, she sent me a dismissal letter and I was not sad about it.
Dr D has been taking care of me and my husband for years, she can be annoying at times but she is mostly always available and really cares about our health, we feel fortunate to have her and Julie (12 stars for Julie)
