Dr Rimawi is excellent, however unfortunately the office is incredibly difficult to deal with, including filing the wrong information with insurance, failing to call back / follow up, failing to refund a deposit etc. Even after they asked for a chance to address feedback before posting this review, I didn't receive any assistance. Very disappointing and frustrating given Dr Rimawi is great.
Amazing service! Doctor was very attentive and did my procedure very fast and carefully, I just wish it was covered by my insurance.
