Despite knowing my medical history and upcoming heart surgery, she tried to prescribe me a weight loss drug that is dangerous for my heart condition. She was extremely rude and showed no interest in understanding the real causes of my symptoms. Took my family member there to follow up with MD. Soon as the RN came in we were immediately reprimanded for not using a sensor that we were never taught on how to use. The RN herself had a hard time separating her “personal opinions” from those of her patients. She walked out an said good luck with the doctor, she’s a lot meaner than me. Doctor came in and basically stated that we had “anxiety” about the treatment we suggested when there was no concern of that. I have not visited Dr Joubran in years and she did a biopsy on nodules on the gland in my neck to check for cancer. I didn’t feel any pain at all. She is the best for what she does in my book.
Dr Joubran always seems irritated to see me. She is never welcoming or accomodating- always blunt, abrupt, and somewhat tactless. For my last appointment I waited one hour past my scheduled appointment time just to have her in the room for less than ten minutes.
The entire experience was professional and I felt confident entrusting my care to Dr. Joubran . I would highly recommend DR. Joubran.
