Had a great experience at Dr. Hall’s office. The receptionist up front, Georgia, was nothing but amazing and the technician was very kind and professional. I was in and out of my appointment in no time! Thank you for the excellent care.

While I found Dr Hall and his staff to be very nice and professional, the same cannot be said for the receptionist at the front counter!! Georgia is curt bordering on rude and DOESN'T return calls within any kind of reasonable time frame!!! You can't email or get Anybody on the phone ever!!! Leave a message and maybe she might call you back. Very POOR !! She should be replaced!!!

Review for Dr. Hall I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this office. I’m consistently made to wait almost an hour past my appointment time. On several occasions, I’ve shown up to find no record of my scheduled appointment, despite confirming it during my last visit. The office seems severely understaffed and lacks proper systems for managing appointments. Communication is poor, with long wait times to get anyone on the phone. While the care is fine, the disorganization and delays have made me reconsider returning.

I am indebted to Dr. Hall for his diligence in noticing several skin irregularities during my eye appointment a while back. His prompt referral to a dermatologist led to the confirmation of cancerous growths, which have now been removed. The ongoing care this clinic has provided to myself and my family is very much appreciated. Keep up the good work and thank you again for going the extra mile!
