I'm just upset because I went to get my eyes examined because I need glasses. He tested my vision, and even though I have cataracts I can still see, so glasses are fine with me. His solution was to push for surgery. He advised that he could get my eyes to about 20/30 or 20/40 with glasses, but that I would see clearer with the surgery. I think they have shut down completely. Locked out of office due to landlord dispute. Phones not answered or messages returned. We are trying to get contacts we ordered for my son that were delivered to the office but can't reach anyone.

I was fortunate to be seen by Dr. Rigsby for the removal of a metal piece that embedded my eye. I cannot say enough about his professionalism during and after the appointment. Later the same evening Dr. Rigsby called me at home to check that I was not experiencing uncontrolled pain. The truth of the matter is the procedure was painless and I recovered very well, but to be contacted in person is nearly nonexistence.
