I began following Dr. Arem 25 years ago. I believe he truly cares and understands the complexities of thyroid function. He also believes in listening to symptoms, not just blood tests!!

Over 6 months ago my doctor was over medicating me with thyroid medicine I was slowly dying and no one would listen to me, I found Dr. Arem and my life has changed I read his books, I take his supplements, follow the diet and found a new doctor, I feel like me again and since April of 2018 my thyroid levels are back to normal and I got my life back. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Arem , it has changed my life.

His treatment allowed me to have a healthy pregnancy and he has guided me through postpartum thyroiditis. He makes sure all my micronutrients are optimal, which support my immune system, and he always listens to my fears and concerns. Hashimoto's is not an easy thing to "fix" and I am very sensitive to hormonal changes. He has kept hair on ... read more
