I have the wonderful pleasure of calling Dr. Rico my dentist. He has been helping me save and love my smile for 12 years. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist and his staff whom are also exceptional. Special shout out to Vicki who keeps everything running perfect. Thank you both for being amazing
I had a terrible tooth infection. They were able to get me in, which was great. However once back there I let them know I was in a great deal of pain and even touching the area was excruiciating . I did receive Lidocaine injections which did not work. I let the doctor know and he told me it was fine . He proceeded to remove the tooth though my yelling and explaining how uncomfortable I was and even stated "if I would have come back 6 months ago I would not be dealing with this now"
THIS IS BEYOUND THE WORST DENTIST IN THE UNITED STATES. HE SCREWED UP MY FRIENDS TEETH BAD, THEY MADE HER TOOTH DOUBLE THE SIZE IT WAS THEN SHE WANTED PARTIALS AND NOT ONLY WERE THEY ALL SILVER WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE WHITE BUTBTHEY
Dr Rico did a root canal on a tooth I was having pain with. The procedure was 100% pain free and today there is no pain!! If you need dental work he's your man!!
Very unprofessional I made an appointment to get a filling and I was denied because I needed to take antibiotics for a surgery I had when I was 15 years old basically a scam for more money and to prolong a simple procedure. I wonder if they would have treated me any differently if I had insurance nevertheless I would spend my good money somewhere else
