Everything my fiancée Natalie has experienced with this pregnancy has been wonderful. Jenny at the front desk is the sweetest. Dr Patel is very nice and very professional. 100% recommended him and the office staff to anyone.
I've never met Dr. Patel but I've been seen by Dr. Strickland. Dr. Strickland has been good in my experience. She's listened to my concerns and has done her best to address them. My issue is with the staff. I've needed a prior authorization for a medication for nearly a month. I've been on the medication for over a year but because of their slow, uncaring pace it's been a month without it. Most PAs are addressed with 72 hours according to a simple online search. I had the best experience coming to this clinic the staff was very nice and attentive the lobby is cozy and the coffee is great I came in with severe abdominal pain and I’m fighting with endometrioses so Ms. Kim is doing everything in her power to get it done immediately so D.r Ricky Patel can do his best to fix everything an he is also going to look at my tubes again he is giving me a second opinion to see what he can do an I hope for the best so if you are looking for a obgyn or surgeon I would highly recommend him but he ... read more
