Dr. McKenzie preformed low back surgery on me somewhere near 1997, not sure exact year. It was a long surgery for him and his staff. He fused L5-S1 with bone from my hip without having to cut me. I heard it said that the surgery on the hip was just as bad as the back surgery itself. So, I have nothing but good things to say about him. I saw him at my last visit to DCH for a compression fracture. I wish him all the best whenever he decides to retire. Good Luck Dr. McKenzie Good luck
Dr. Mckenzie and Dr. Bassett worked hand and hand with me as well. Dr. Bassett did my surgery, but I follow up with both of them.
Dr. Mckenzie and Dr. Basset did my neck surgery they were both great and did a wonderful job. They have very good bedside manner and listen,explain and answer any questions you have. I hope I never have to have surgery again but if I do I will be using them again!
He did my back surgery and my neck surgery! Friendly, thorough, amazing bedside manner! I refer everyone to him. His staff is phenomenal!
