I love my decision to come here. I have never had a dentist explain everything so clearly before. Super friendly dentist and staff. No new patient uncharges, and very fair prices for service.
Recently had to switch dentists due to our old one no longer taking our insurance, we found Dr Rivas, and I must say i am very happy with this dentist and his staff! I needed 2 crowns replaced and I have to say this is the first time ever i've had a ton of work done and had ZERO pain when the numbing meds wore off! The temporary was comfortable, and the new crowns fit perfectly! Thank you Dr Rivas and staff for really great dental care!
My first visit to Dr Rivas was today for a molar extraction, never has a dentist take such time to explain every option then get me in the same time frame for a full bridge removal then extraction. I have to say this is the best dentist I have ever been to and an incredible staff to compliment a fantastic practice. I give Dr Rivas and his entire staff not just give stars but all ten stars.
Kerrville Family Dental is the best! Dr. Rivas and the staff are very friendly and never make you feel bad about whatever your condition is. They just work to get the smile you have dreamed about a reality. They take most insurances. They are also open on Fridays. Just hands down the best dentist I've ever been to... I'd give them 6 stars if it was an option!
