Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. As a matter of fact, I have a very hectic schedule, and Dr. Rick has been very accommodating with regard to scheduling. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area. I was in so much pain before I made my appointment, but saw results as soon as the next day! When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
