Staff are friendly and helpful. I did not wait long and was treated kindly. Dr. Carpenter was efficient and concise. I look forward to coming back here when needed.
BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!! I paid him an extra $1000 to put in a special lens during cataract surgery. Instead he put in a free standard lens. He conducts his surgeries in an assembly line fashion and when it came my turn he “accidentally” switched from the $1000 lens to the free one. I only found out because I was having trouble with my eyes and my new doctor informed me Dr. Carpenter put in the free lens and not the $1000 one I paid for. Dr. Rick Carpenter did both of my eyes for cataracts. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!! I paid him extra for a Toric interocular lens and only found out by complete accident that he put a standard lens instead. I had complained for several years that I was having problems with my vision but he just ignored my complaints. It wasn’t until I went to a different eye doctor, Dr. Driscoll, was I informed Dr. Carpenter had put in a standard lens.
