The lovely ladies who helped me today, Ms. Pam at the front desk, and Ms. Dolores who cleaned my teeth were so sweet, they could have given me cavities! But no need to fear that with Dr. Terry R. Richmond watching out for my oral health!

Very dissatisfied with the poor quality/outcome of 8 unit bridge and other work. The bridge broke after 9 months at a cost of thousands of dollars. He also wanted to perform an extraction and another crown. I went to 2 local dentists for a consultation and both disagreed with his findings. Both said they would have guaranteed there work, and recommended against the other 2 procedures. Not Terry Richmond - he wanted a fix at my expense that would lead to a section of the bridge to fail.
Every member of the staff was pleasant, professional and wanting to make the experience comfortable. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring dental practice.
