Dr Richards is one of the most kind and empathetic doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. He has attended to both my daughters in stressful emergency situations. Each time his assessment of the situations has been accurate and proactive, resulting in a positive outcome. I cannot thank him enough, there are no words to express my heartfelt gratitude.
