I would give them 10 stars. Dr Zogala is a fantastic rheumatologist. He is very intelligent and knows how to help his patient's. The staff is so caring and friendly and very knowledgeable also. I feel better all around and am able to accomplish so much more under their care. Thank you!!!
Dr. Z. IS WONDERFUL . HE PUT ME on a certain med. About 2 years haven't had much sideffects or problems. Thanks to the all staff members thumbs up.
I feel at ease with Dr Zogala. I think he understands that, I know I have a serious disease, but I need to be able to crack jokes about it. He listens and I haven't experienced that with the other 3 rheumatologists I have seen. He also understands that I live in a Rural area and have to drive 3½ hrs to his office. They are very accommodating.

wiring over a week for the dr to look at the referral and sign off to accept new patient ? staff has no idea when the referral will be accepted nor when the appointment calendar will be open in the next month or two who is managing this office?
