Dr. Rozensky is a fabulous dentist!. He is so incredibly smart and is always willing to share his knowledge with me. As a patient, I really like to understand everything that is going on. I am thankful that he takes the time to answer all of my questions. Also, I have never had a better dental hygenist than Janet. She takes an entire hour with me. My teeth have never been so clean! Thank you!!
In response to your reply about my unfavorable review. I go every 4 months to your office to have teeth cleaned. I was would have X-rays taken in November when I would be back for my 4 month cleaning. The fact you you refused to clean my teeth is GREEDY!!! I was told by your office that the state of Florida required you take X-rays every 12 months and that is NOT TRUE!!! I will look for a compassionate dentist!!! UNBELIBABLE!!! I went today to have a cleaning with Janet at Dr Rozensky's office. She wanted me to have X-rays before she would clean my teeth. I have been going there for over 5 years every 4 months to have a cleaning. I said I would do them in December but she refused to clean my teeth. My last X-rays were last July 2024 just 13 months ago. I have a cleaning every 4 months and the doctor checks my teeth and they charge me for the check-up. How bad could my teeth be? Dr. Rozensky and his staff are most professional, friendly, knowledgeable and awesome. Any concerns are addressed is such a professional way as they all take time to listen and follow up on all concerns. This is an office where everyone cares about their patients in an atmosphere of friendliness, knowledge and most of all, accurate dental professionalism.
My parents see Dr. Rozensky and his staff. I hear about the exceptional service and personal touch the staff provide. It eases my mind to know that there are wonderful, caring folks there taking the extra time that folks with unique needs have. Thanks to the team!
